A focused EMDR processing session designed for clients ready for accelerated trauma healing. This extended session provides uninterrupted time for preparation, processing, and integration.

60-Minute Couples Counselling Session — $150 CAD

A structured and supportive session for couples seeking stronger communication, emotional reconnection, and healthier patterns. Both partners are given space to feel heard, understood, and valued in a compassionate environment.
